Summer time has come!

Summer time has come and i love it! today i finally got my nephews and my sister emily and i took them to the zoo. i haven't been to the zoo in ...... well lets just say a long time, like before you had to pay to get in lol. it was a lot of fun but man i dont remember so many hills that you had to walk up! im definitely worn out! i think the boys had fun too :)

I'm so taking a nap this afternoon. it was so nice to do something outside today and 

not waste the day being in side.

In other news .... Preston put in his two weeks notice at the first of the week and I'm a little nervous about it but its the right thing for us. He has 2-3 jobs lined up ( around the Longview area) for when he comes home in a few weeks to choose from and get off the road all the time. He has been doing this over the road thing for about 4 months now almost so that's roughly 116 days and out of those 116 days we have been APART for 99 of them. that's not ok. the time he is gone is definitely not worth the money that's brought home so he has been looking for a little while for something more local that would keep him home most every night which will be great. We are not made for being apart all the time, guess that's why a lot of the truckers are single! So in mid April we will be starting a new chapter and i pray this one works out a lot better than the last. so maybe if you think about it you could put in a good word with the Man also :)
