working hard or hardly working?

Hmm ... where did last week go? 


I worked Monday -Wednesday and then i spent Wednesday night - Sunday night with these two monkeys

love them :)

their mama and daddy went to Las Vegas for a few days and i was happy to love on these babies!

big brother jacob stayed with a friend so i had lots of girl time and fixing their hair twice a day and wardrobe changes :) these kids have a better wardrobe than i do! they were perfect angel babies of course:) i have another weekend planned with them in a couple of weeks! that was my excitement for the month. 

this guy below ... I sure have been missing him :(       only 7 1/2 more weeks till he comes home! and then he will be here for i think 3 weeks and then out again till the first of Nov. probably. this is definitely the most time i have been alone in my life lol. but believe it or not you do adjust to all the time apart. not that its fun or anything but it did get better. and knowing that he is happy with this job makes it easier. when he comes home in july we hope to take a 3 day weekend trip to Galveston, not as cool as last years vacation to Cozumel but ill take it :)

This week i'm hoping passes quickly, im anxious for saturday when we pour concrete at mama and daddy's house site. its going to be fun:) daddy says i get to rake it smooth ... or i could just supervise and take pictures. he has threatened us NOT to write our name anywhere ... im so doing it somewhere. and my brother in law seth will be in houston that day doing the Iron Man competition! wish i could be two places at once! that would be so cool to see, if you dont know exactly what that is google it. he is crazy.

I have been thinking a lot lately about what we (I) want to do when its time to finally move out on our own again ( which hopefully will be within the next 3-5 months) and i can't decide on -House, Apartment or Building one on dads land maybe. i did find a house several months ago at Pratt that i fell in love with thats affordable and seriously gorgeous inside. and i know if we tried to buy a house in town that im going to be so picky because i dont want a house thats just old and outdated inside and needs lots of work ... and im not buying an expensive one that empties my wallet every month just to have it. and i'd rather not go back to an apartment and and waste that money in rent but then again the apartment is the simplest thing to do for now maybe. buying a house would be so scary!  ahh! see? stressful. what to do what to do..... I shall continue to ponder these thoughts...
